1. Processing of personal data

Lighthouse cares about your privacy. We process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Swedish law. Personal data is any information that can be directly or indirectly linked to a natural person, such as name, email address, phone number or IP address.

2. What data we collect

  • Contact details: name, email and phone number when you contact us via a form or email.
  • What you write to us: messages in the contact form and your answers in the price estimate, for example about your business and what you need.
  • Customer information: billing address, company registration number and details needed for agreements and invoicing.
  • Traffic and usage data: anonymised statistics via cookies (if you have consented).

3. Purpose and legal basis

We process personal data for the following purposes:

  • To deliver services and handle orders and invoices.
  • To communicate with customers and respond to inquiries.
  • For visitor statistics, with your consent.

Processing is based on a legal basis such as performance of a contract, legal obligation or legitimate interest. Where consent is required (e.g. for statistics cookies), it is obtained separately.

4. Sharing with third parties

We only share personal data with trusted partners when needed to provide our services. All parties process the information under applicable data processing agreements. Among others, we use:

  • Netlify – hosts the website.
  • Resend – delivers the messages from our forms to our inbox.
  • Loopia – domains and email.
  • Google Analytics – visitor statistics, only if you consent. Data may be transferred to the USA, where Google is covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
  • Accounting software for invoicing customers.

We never sell personal data to third parties.

5. Use of cookies

A cookie is a small text file stored on your device. We use cookies to make the website work properly and to improve the experience. Cookies fall into two types:

  • Necessary cookies: required for basic functionality, such as remembering your cookie choice. These can’t be turned off.
  • Analytics and functional cookies: used for anonymous visitor statistics and improved functionality, only if you consent.

6. Managing consent
